Hello to all IEEE Foothill Section members,
Our fourth Employment Network meeting of the Foothill Section will be held on Tuesday evening, September 25, 2012 at the IHOP Restaurant in Upland at 7 PM (Euclid Exit off I10).
Please plan on attending and continuing in our development of the Foothill Employment Network activities. The agenda is under development so please confirm your availability and items that you think might be beneficial. Items scheduled for this meeting include the following:
(1) a talk by a HR representative from a local engineering company with a Q&A period to follow thanks to Frank Gomez;
(2) a review of a resume, which may or may not involve a walk-through, if a candidate is so willing;
(3) overview of student meetings with Frank Gomez;
We identified several companies in the area that match the needs of our members and set up a database where resumes can be deposited for review by other members of FEN. Let me know if you need access or have difficulty.
