We are pleased to announce that the submission system for both, papers and posters for the 2018 IEEE Texas Power and Energy Conference (IEEE TPEC 2018) is now open! The submission deadline for the full six-page manuscript is November 10, 2017, and deadline for the poster abstract submission is December 1, 2017.

IEEE TPEC 2018 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Power and Energy Society, the IEEE Power Electronics Society, and the IEEE Industry Applications Society. Papers accepted and presented at the conference will be published in IEEEXplore.

IEEE TPEC 2018 invites authors to submit high-quality technical research papers and posters from all areas of electric power and energy engineering: power systems, power electronics, and electric machines. Topics can include, but are not limited to:
